GP Referral Process

All patients require a valid referral from a GP or specialist before booking an appointment. This ensures continuity of care and allows our cardiologists to access relevant medical history and test results.

Urgent Referrals

If your patient requires urgent assessment, please mark the referral as URGENT and contact our rooms directly on (02) 6926 0300.

Our doctors personally triage all urgent referrals to ensure timely review and prioritised care.

Referrals can be sent via:

To ensure timely processing, please include:

  • Patient’s full name, date of birth, and contact details
  • Clinical notes and reason for referral
  • Relevant test results (ECG, blood tests, imaging)
  • Current medication list
  • GP or specialist details
